Project Inquiries and Agreements
Sending an inquiry does not reserve construction dates or establish a building contract. Project scope, pricing, payment terms, schedules, warranties, and responsibilities are determined in a separate written agreement.
Images and Examples
Images identified as renderings, concepts, or placeholders illustrate possible designs and are not photographs of completed DeSalvo projects. Features shown are not automatically included in a proposal. Actual designs depend on the property, approved plans, materials, and project agreement.
